Our Grade 10 and 11 Hospitality learners recently showcased their skills and creativity during their final practical assessments for the year and what a delicious way to wrap up 2025!
Grade 10 learners hosted invited guests to a beautifully presented breakfast experience, starting with a refreshing muesli and fruit bowl, followed by a hearty breakfast avalanche, and ending on a sweet note with homemade cream-and-jam scones and classic banana muffins.
Grade 11 learners took things up a notch with a classy high tea, delighting their guests with an elegant spread of cakes, donuts, shortbread, macarons, and a range of savoury bites, all served with style.
