Grade 12 Hospitality Learners Put Their Skills to the Test
Our Grade 12 Hospitality learners recently completed their practical's as they prepare for their upcoming moderation on 21 August.
With invited guests taking their seats, learners were tasked with planning, preparing and presenting an elegant four-course dining experience. The practical gave them an opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge and skills they have developed, from food preparation and presentation to service and attention to detail.
The dining experience showcased the learners' ability to work confidently and professionally while putting their practical Hospitality skills into action.
The practical also provided valuable preparation ahead of their moderation, allowing learners to put their planning, teamwork and service skills to the test in a formal setting.
Well done to our Grade 12 Hospitality learners on completing this important part of their practical preparation. We wish them all the very best as they take on their moderation on 21 August.
